Cheese is the main ingredient. These savoury delights can be served at family functions and they go well with a cup of coffee or tea. They hold well if stored in a sealed container.Ingredients 3 eggs (1 egg yolk used for biscuit brushing)250 g salted pure butter1 cup milk (full cream)1 cup olive oil2 cups parmesan cheese1 kg self-raising flour1 tablespoon salt sesame seeds (optional)InstructionsAdd salted butter into a mixer bowl and begin mixing process over high speed.Add salt, olive oil and continue mixing process over high speed.Allow mixture to combine adding milk.Separate egg yolks and egg whites.Slowly combine egg yolks.Stop mixing process, adding parmesan cheese and continue mixing process over high speed.Beat egg whites until they turn into a thick texture.Slowly add egg whites into the mixture and continue mixing process over low speed.Stop mixing process and slowly combine the flour into the mixture.Mix through thoroughly adding flour until the mixture comes together.Use a drinking glass cut out biscuit shapes (as demonstrated in our video demonstration: 3:05-3:30).Place biscuits onto a baking tray (lined with baking paper).
