Easy to make and holds for a very long time in a freezer.Fermented foods add good bacteria to the gut. These good bacteria help to do many things like strengthen the immune system and regulate appetite. Ingredients 2 large red peppers 3 – 4 large carrots ½ medium white cauliflower ½ celery bunch celery leaves ½ small cabbage3 tablespoons salt3 cups white vinegar1 cup canola oil water (enough to cover a large pot) Instructions Cut vegetables to about 3cm in length. Fill a large pot with water and bring to boiling point (over high heat).Add salt, vinegar and canola oil.Turn heat off and add vegetables including celery leaves covering in boiled water.
