We all had to make sure we received the same amount of meatballs on our plates, so no one missed out! These delicious meatballs are easy to make and they can be served as appetizers. Ingredients 1 kg beef mince meat2 tablespoons of salt1 tablespoon of baking powder1 teaspoon of pepper 2 potatoes1 cup of crumbs (cornflakes crumbs) 2 cloves of garlic 2 white onions 1 whole egg 1 bunch of parsley canola oil for frying Instructions In a large bowl add beef minced meat.Chop potatoes in the blender until smooth consistency.Strain blended potatoes in a sifter and set aside.Finely chop onions garlic, parsley.Add ingredients (including whole egg & crumbs) into the bowl and combine thoroughly. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours.Mix ingredients and roll into walnut shape size balls. Fry meatballs in canola oil turning over until all sides are golden.
