This starter is often served as part of a meze (varied small appetiser size dishes). Served with ouzo or a glass of crisp white wine.Ingredients1 kg beef liver1 tablespoon salt1 teaspoon pepper1 tablespoon oregano ½ cup plain flour canola oil (for frying) lemon wedgesInstructionsCut beef livers into small pieces.
