Crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside. We all know anything that is made with love from home it tastes delicious. Try this gourmet bread recipe, you won’t regret it. Ingredients 500 gr plain flour8 gr dry yeast1 teaspoon of vinegar1 teaspoon of olive oil1 cup of water a pinch of salt a pinch of sugar Sesame seeds (optional) Pumpkin seeds (optional) Sunflower seeds (optional) Instructions In a bowl put 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and the 8 gr of yeast.Mix them until the yeast dissolves.In a bigger bowl place 500gr of plain flour, pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar.Mix them well.Now pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix them with your hands until the dough becomes sticky to your fingers.On a clean surface place some plain flour and put the dough. ( if you have some pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, this is where you add them)Work the dough with your hands until it becomes soft and not sticky. (if it is still sticky add more flour and work the dough again).Let the dough rest for an hour.Spray the tin with olive oil, put some flour and move it around to cover the tin’s surface.Place the dough into the tin, spray slightly the top of the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let it rest for 30 minutes.Let the dough rest for an hour. Warm the oven at 180C.Place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C. at 20 minutes keep an eye out, when the bread becomes golden colour it is ready.Let the bread rest for 15 minutes before cutting it.
